DREAMSHIP - INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

• Our Dreamship Interns are full-time opportunities for undergraduates with big dreams. They’re a great way for you to get to know our business – and make an impression.
• They last six months and from day one, you’ll contribute to a live project as part of a team in one of our business areas. You are able to access to training resources, senior managers and company events as per eligibility criteria. Show us you’re curious and proactive, and it could be the start of a promising career with us. To qualify, you’ll need to be an undergraduate in any discipline.
• The Dreamship Intern is expected to kick off from August and last up to 6 months. You'll be allocated to work in any function or a particular project in a specific area of our business so that you can develop an in-depth and overall understanding across the entire organization.
• Being immersed with hands-on experience in various functional areas and different breweries and offices and with opportunities to meet top leaders along the way, you'll be able to make a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions.
• In the end of the placement, you'll be expected to present your project results to functional leaders, get evaluated and receive coaching and mentoring for you to advance your career critical skills!

QUALIFICATIONS

You own your future, and the speed of your career growth will depend on your talent, efforts and results.

• 3rd – 4th year student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience; open for all majors.
• Bachelor's degree required and GPA (Grade Point Average): from 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent.
• Language: Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Be able to start working full-time from August 2025, and take 6-month duration.
