JOB DESCRIPTION- Support
the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening CVs,
conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and managing the talent
database.
- Support
the Employer Branding process: create multimedia
content and design communication materials to showcase the culture, work
environment, core values, and candidate experience at Vinmec.
- Participate in Employer Branding projects:
such as "Great Place to Work," "Best Companies to Work for in
Asia," and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the HR departments of Vinmec facilities nationwide to assist in the recruitment and Employer Branding process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the
direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS- No experience required.
- Third- or final-year students from
universities (FTU, NEU, VNU, RMIT, BUV, etc.), majoring in Human Resources
Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Ability to commit to a full-time
internship for at least 3 months.
- Proficient in English and skilled in
design (familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and
detail-oriented.
