JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications (Executive) to support the marketing initiatives for Swiss-Belhotel International's portfolio in Vietnam, including existing and upcoming hotel properties. This role will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager – Central Asia and support the development and execution of marketing strategies, content creation, digital campaigns, and graphic presentations for business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and email platforms for Vietnam hotels.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, email newsletters, social media accounts, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to Corporate Identity Manual (CIM) across all hotel collaterals and digital channels.
 

Support for New Hotel Openings

  • Assist in coordinating marketing and communications needs for new opening hotels in Vietnam.
  • Work closely with the hotel’s pre-opening team as well as the group and regional marketing teams to ensure all marketing materials, digital presence, and launch campaigns are aligned and on schedule.
  • Provide graphic support and assistance in preparing opening-related promotional content and materials.
 

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Work closely with the group digital marketing team to support the development of a regional digital marketing portfolio to cross-promote properties.
  • Assist in creating and curating content that highlights regional marketing activities and drives engagement toward a centralised regional social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram).
 

Research & Proposal Development

  • Support the Regional Team in researching and developing new project proposals in Vietnam, including the preparation of presentation decks, graphics, and relevant market insights.

Assist in researching competitors and market trends to help identify new marketing opportunities.

 

Performance Reporting & Brand Monitoring

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, digital performance (KPIs), and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure all Vietnam hotels maintain up-to-date marketing and photo libraries, including coordination of photography needs and shoots where needed.
 

Brand & Visual Assets

  • Ensure the correct application of brand standards across all collateral and media outputs.
  • Support in the localisation and adaptation of group campaigns to the Vietnamese market, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role (experience in hospitality is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, LinkedIn).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others and learn.
